- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are determined by the number of lessons performed. We offer a 10% discount to active military, police, or fire department employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a home assessment of the dog, and meet with the owner of the dog to determine how best we can help. Once we complete the assessment, we suggest how to approach the lessons and schedule your first lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified by the Instinctive Dog Trainers Association.
