I work with regular dog owners looking to have well behaved pups. I find most everyday owners don't care as much about commands and things the dog can DO but more about how the dog acts both in the house and in public. Allowing people into the house without jumping and chaos, walking nicely on a leash without pulling lunging and barking and being able to take them places is important. Many dog owners start to see signs of reactivity and aggression and get scared. So many trainers give guarantees of resolving more serious behavior problems but at exorbitant prices. I have had a lot of success in rehabilitating these issues with 3-6 sessions and instilling structure and leadership in the home. I mentor, counsel and train owners how to get great behaviors and results with their dog. I advocate for both the client and the dog in an easy and friendly manner with no judgement. She does an excellent job on learning your pet really quickly diagnosing the issue
She gives great advice and teaches you ways to understand your pet. It’s our first initial meeting, but I look forward to our second. I think we will learn more each visit exciting. They’ve already improved things in our house after one week.

It was absolutely great working with Andrea. She absolutely knows what she’s doing. She picked up on her fur babies personalities within 5 to 10 minutes of being there. She told us and then performed certain actions to show us how to gain respect from our babies. Who knew an empty plastic bottle half full of rocks could be such behavior corrector. We look forward to Andrea‘s next visit with us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a very fair price and do not sell packages because I never know how many sessions it will take or how many the client will want to engage in. I usually ask customers to commit to 3 and then at the third we discuss where we want to go. I don't offer discounts because my standard price is on the lower end for my qualifications. I want to help people and focus more on staying marketable and affordable than to charge more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with free phone consultation to determine your needs and discuss the plan and my approach. Then I schedule the initial session that lasts about 90 minutes. I go over 10 Rules that I help the customer to implement. They are flexible and each client can adapt them as they wish but they start the process of establishing leadership in their home. This has been a huge game changer and sets me apart from other trainers who either give huge packages with overwhelming information or ones who give nothing. They are laminated and it comes with a door placard they can also use. I also evaluate the dog giving the client some of the reasons for behaviors they are seeing and I also give tools to start working with that very first session!
