- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a dispatch fee that is waived with a signature on a solution. This is the best method of service so that I can better serve customers and they ultimately save dispatch fees! I don’t offer discounts but I will offer solutions that work for the budget available for the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always want to meet the customer and see the project, even if I have to wave the dispatch fee, because I am confident that once I assess your problem and provide multiple levels of solutions catering to budget and needs, that you will also be confident and rest assured in my competency and capabilities
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors is business and 20+ years in trade work. I’m not your average plumber because I have a broad understanding of all construction trades and project management capacities to ensure all work is meticulously performed
