- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is provided up-front before work is started. Technician/plumber diagnoses the issue and presents multiple options to the homeowner. A diagnosis fee may apply which covers the cost to deploy a technician to your home and spend time to thoroughly review your system. There is no obligation to complete any work, however the homeowner may sign off on an option. There are no more costs associated, no hidden costs etc. We often offer discounts for all services provided
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to build a strong, honest and dependable relationship with every homeowner we work with. This begins with begin available 24/7 to speak to on the phone. We will happily answer any and all questions and even have an in-house technical agent who has worked in the field for many years, who can often help over the phone. We share many details about our process, our business and its history and can even provide references. All jobs are backed by industry leading parts and labor warranties, we take pride in leaving your home cleaner than we found it and we always try to educate homeowners on the systems in their home that keep them comfortable. There is no obligation to complete work, but a professional diagnosis will outline and show the homeowner and issues found with their causes and we will present multiple options to proceed. All prices are flat and up-front before work begins. No hidden fees or surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians and plumbers are background checked and drug tested. Each technician/plumber completed 150 hours of hands-on technical training every year. Our in-house training facilities are cutting edge, fully stocked, and ours teams are fully certified.
