FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and reflects the quality, reliability, and technical depth I bring to each job. I base quotes on the scope, complexity, and materials required. For smaller jobs, I typically charge a flat or hourly rate; for larger or more technical projects, I provide a detailed estimate upfront so there are no surprises. If multiple projects are bundled together, I’m open to offering a discounted rate. I don’t believe in hidden fees—everything is discussed clearly before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand the customer’s goals, timeline, and any existing issues. If needed, I’ll visit the site or review photos to assess the situation. From there, I provide a clear plan of action and estimate. Once approved, I schedule the work and keep communication open throughout the process. I also make sure the customer understands what’s being done and why, especially for technical or safety-related work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 7 years in the Navy as an electronic technician, working on combatant craft vessels. My responsibilities included radios, wiring, navigation systems, IT systems, and assisting with engine work. After that, I’ve spent 4 years as a field service engineer working on radiation oncology systems, which require a high level of precision, troubleshooting ability, and adherence to strict safety standards. This background gives me a strong foundation in electrical systems, diagnostics, and complex problem-solving.
