It was such a pleasure working with Fernando (the owner) and Pioneers Construction. He was very proactive in reaching out about some stucco repair needed after we installed a large picture window in our master bathroom. Fair pricing, excellent communication, and extremely polite on top of it all! Their work was great, and any challenges were addressed quickly and respectfully. We were so impressed, that we reached out immediately for another roofing issue on an investment property, which Pioneer also handled perfectly. We are looking forward to working with Fernando's team in the future on even bigger projects!

I’ve had Fernando do two different ceiling repair-and-paint projects for me. His work is excellent and the price is fair. He knows what he’s doing. He is very responsive and shows up when he says he’s going to. He takes care to cover the floor and all areas before starting, and cleans up everything when finished. Very pleasant to work with. I’ll be calling him again when I have another project.
