Flawless Floor Coating did an absolutely incredible job on our garage floor. The transformation is night and day — the garage now looks like a professional showroom. The epoxy finish came out perfectly smooth with outstanding attention to detail throughout the entire space, including the edges, steps, and around all utility areas.

The crew was professional, on time, and clearly committed to quality workmanship. The flake coverage is extremely even, the surface looks durable and high-end, and everything was left spotless when the job was complete. You can immediately tell they take pride in their work.

If you are considering epoxy flooring for your garage, I highly recommend Flawless Floor Coating. Exceptional craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and a finished product that completely exceeded our expectations.

Flawless Floor Coatings did an outstanding job on my 3-car garage floor. Their team was extremely thorough in the preparation process, removing the existing paint down to the bare concrete before expertly applying the epoxy, decorative flakes, and final topcoat. The finished floor looks incredible, and I was especially impressed that they carefully coated even the hard-to-reach areas behind the water heater and HVAC equipment. Darrin and his team delivered exceptional workmanship, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality garage floor coatings.

I had an excellent experience with Flawless Floor Coatings from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress free. The attention to detail really stood out, and the finished floors look incredible.Dj, the owner, is a fantastic person and it truly shows in his work. He is knowledgeable, honest, and takes real pride in making sure everything is done right. Customer service was top tier, communication was clear, and the cleanup was just as impressive as the installation.I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend Flawless Floor Coatings to anyone looking for quality work and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Five stars all around!

I usually don’t leave reviews, however I had to. I want to be very transparent about my experience with Flawless Floor. First of all, how dare you show up on time? Every time? This is a company that respects your time! They follow up on requests promptly. If they say they’re going to do something, they do it. Not only that, they’re turnaround time is remarkable and their communication is top tier. We hired them for our 2 & 3 car garage epoxy flooring installation at a couple of our Airbnb rental properties and they exceeded our expectations. I cannot thank DJ enough. We will be working together in the future! I refer this company to all of our business partners, family, and friends seeking to upgrade the flooring in their home!
