- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you do book with our company and cancel the shoot for any reason other than: the instance of an “act of God” (ie rain, hurricane etc.) or our company canceling with you, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Further, if there is a reschedule of the shoot, unrelated to an “act of God” or the photographer rescheduling, there will be a rescheduling fee, due to turning away clients for your initial booked date and time. However, we do try and be flexible and work with all of our clients too so we can always work together and figure it out! Travel expenses are included up to a 50mi radius. Anything over 50mi will receive a $50 travel charge. We run special discounts and have promotionals going on often! Our prices are much lower than many other professionals in the market. We remember paying SO much for a good photographer with a good product and want more brides to be able to have that same product but for a third of the price. When booking last minute, our payment policy may change due to circumstances, and the client and contract will no longer adhere to the payment policy terms of deposit etc. unless the photographer communicates otherwise. So please just discuss this with our team. We can be flexible with you, so let us know what you need and how we can help and be of better service to you! We look forward to working with you!
