My mother and I attempted to put down laminate on our own and it was a mess. Joao was able to fix it quickly and did an amazing job. The floors look absolutely amazing. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

I submitted a request for quotes on Sunday, September 4, 2016 - the Labor Day holiday weekend. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from John Santana, Imperial Flooring Group, Inc. I told him about how I was gathering quotes for my friend who had experienced a terrible moving situation into a new home she purchased but had not one, but two flooring companies fail her. One started the job and then no-showed and the other was not a flooring expert and continued it all incorrectly. I explained all of this to Mr. Santana and he said he could take care of it all. He met her that day, Sunday on Labor Day weekend an hour later, was horrified at the tremendous mess and entirely inaccurate method of flooring. He would have to remove what had been started and start again, get some more wood and also move all of her furniture out and back as it was moved in already onto the concrete floors.
He said he could start the next day, on Labor Day. He and his crew showed up at 8am, completed the entire project by 6:15pm and completely SAVED THE DAY! Amazing! That shows you John and his companies professionalism, level of commitment, hunger for work and doing it correctly the first time, and the lovely demeanor by which he and his company work with the client. The quote was market rate and no up charge for holiday or late notice or anything. Incredible! I highly recommend him and will be recommending him and using him as well.

John and his crew did an excellent job in the master bedroom replacing carpet with laminate at a very reasonable price. Then gave me a great deal on material to do three more rooms later. Stored the inventory for me until I was ready to complete the projects. A glitch in communication but overall I would recommend John and his crew.

Imperial Flooring group did quality work. They have installed laminate and carpet for my home. The work was professional and completed within the agreed timeline. Good communication with regular updates on the progress. I would recommend and would hire again.
