Ivan and his crew were very communicative leading up to the project. They arrived on time and asked about specifics before every part of the project was completed. Ivan completed a job for me at a property I manage remotely. He provided documentation including receipts and before and after photos/videos. We appreciated that he does all sorts of work so we did not have to use multiple contractors. Most importantly, he completed the work in a timely manner and the quality/value of the work was excellent. It was so nice to find a contractor we could trust for a job without being on-site.
