Ivan and his crew were very communicative leading up to the project. They arrived on time and asked about specifics before every part of the project was completed. They completed everything in a very timely manner and did a final walkthrough asking if anything needed to be re-done. I will definitely be hiring them again for future work. Ivan completed a job for me at a property I manage remotely. He provided documentation including receipts and before and after photos/videos. We appreciated that he does all sorts of work so we did not have to use multiple contractors.
