Ivan responded to my inquiry right away and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. He came out on time and diagnosed the issue with my dryer and got to work fixing it. He was very polite and professional. After he fixed it he explained ways to make my dryer ventilation work more efficiently. Thank you for a job well done. My husband and I needed help in repairing our Whirlpool washing machine... I'd called so many advertisements that says SAME DAY SERVICE; only to be told they'd come out the next day . After speaking with Ivan he came out the same day, provided professional service and repaired our washer at a reasonable price including the diagnostic. He took the time to explain the problem to me and my husband... We are so pleased with the service Ivan provided, we will be having him come back to repair our deep freezer...
