- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For building or remodeling: Quotes are generated after meeting with the customer to get details of project, measurements, list of preferred materials, budget and timeline. We bid based on customer needs and it can be for entire project from drawing plans, pulling permits, buying material and providing labor or just labor for those preferring to supply the materials. Quotes are based on your stated needs and budget allowance. For Home Inspections: we do several types of inspections including: 4 point, New Purchase, Foreclosure, Pre-listing, Radon Detection, Wind Mitigation, Roof Inspection, Structural Inspection, Insurance Inpections, HVAC Inspections, New Construction and Pool and Spa. Please call our office to get a quote based on your needs, we can offer discounts for combined reports and multiple properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer at the site where the job is to be done. Being onsite to get a visual and be able to take pictures and get measurements is very key to being able to put a comprehensive quote together. I can work with all stages of your job, whether you just have a concept or idea or already have a set of construction plans. Our goal is to provide you with a finished product that meets your needs and expectations while staying within your budget and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years in residential construction, certified by the state of Florida as a residential contractor, certified by the state of Florida as a Home Inspector. The following is a list of additional certifications: IAC2 Indoor Air Quality, Radon Detection, Certified Thermography, Wind Mitigation, 4 Point, Roof Inspection, Structural Inspection, HVAC Inspection, Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection, Pool and Spa Inspection, Moisture Intrusion Inspection, and Custom Design and Drafting.
