ELL arrived on time today (April 23, 2024) at 7 pm. I asked Ell to install a 4-Prong plug and 40 amp breaker that another electrician told me I needed. ELL did a complete analysis of my electrical system, reviewed the specs on my range and promptly told me that none of that work had to be done because it was already in the house. It turns out we were being scammed by another electrician. Elle only accepted the 2 hour minimum charge at $60/hr. We gladly paid this honest, saint of a man and can’t wait to use him again for other projects.

Valentin was outstanding. We had a major bathroom disaster late in the evening and needed plumbing repairs, tile work, and a new vanity installed on very short notice. He responded within twenty minutes of my request after 10pm and showed up promptly at 9am without any idea what he was getting in to. He did an incredible job considering the obstacles the job threw at him. There is a language barrier that causes some minor challenges but are easily overcome with a little patience and didn’t slow the process at all. Last night this bathroom had water shooting out of the wall and this nasty old vanity attached to the wall. 7 hours of hard work and two trips to the hardware store later, we’re ready for our Super Bowl Party. We will definitely call Valentin for our next project.
