We closed on a condo in south Jacksonville late on a Friday afternoon and found it to be completely disgusting. The previous owner left without any clean out and had shut the power off. Maria responded quickly to our plea and agreed to come the next morning; on a weekend. The job was larger than expected but she and her assistant stayed until the work was finished. THANK YOU!

The contractor was very responsive and work performed very good. I have other family members to come in and comment on the appearance of the . There were some small miscommunication that resulted in a couple of areas . However 911 continued to communicate with us and resolve the concern to our satisfaction. Great Customer service.
