I was extremely impressed with Katy. She did an excellent job hanging my pictures and curtains. They were perfectly aligned and she took her time to make sure it was done correctly. Very professional and had a pleasing, warm personality. She even assembled a time consuming office desk. I will definitely be hiring her Mrs. Katy again for additional work and for gardening as well. Very pleased!!!
I would highly recommend Katydid. I had 4 large canvases to hang in my living room and bedroom area and she helped me confidently pick placements for each one and measured and hung them perfectly. I’m very grateful for her help.

From the time I made contact with Katherine she had scheduled and was at my home hanging artwork within 3-4 days. I moved all of it from my previous home and wasn't sure where 3/4 of it would go. Katherine helped me decide and I'm really happy with the way the project turned out. I would highly recommend Katherine!!

Katherine did a great job on my curtain rod/curtain installation. I contacted her on a Thursday and she was able to come and install that following Monday. Communication was always prompt and clear. Install was a breeze and Katherine came with all the necessary tools to get the job done. I love my windows/curtains! They look fantastic! Would highly recommend Katydid Home and Gardens and would not hesitate to hire her again for future projects! Thanks again!!!

Katy is so friendly and helpful! She came over and checked out the space. Then she made a plan to tackle one task at a time. I really appreciate her thoroughness and process.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront and honest about pricing. There aren't any hidden fees, and I'm always happy to discuss things in detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter which type of job, I like to get as much information as possible upfront. This thoroughness helps ensure that both the client and I are on the same page every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for Business and my professional background is in Domestic and International Franchise Consulting. I left the corporate world after a decade and moved from the deserts of Arizona to the trees and humidity of Florida. Once here I became enamored with grass and flowers and spent time taking classes for interior and landscape design, feng shui for landscapes, color theory, gardening, xeroscaping, and plant staging. And, if you've made it this far, I'm also YTT-certified and sometimes teach yoga in the garden. :)
