- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to be fair and ensure that both parties are happy. Without that, there is no successful transaction. McDonald's didn't get rich selling 1 hamburger. They have sold 999 Billion + hamburgers to get to the position they are at today.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clarity is the most important thing. I show the customer what solution I can provide for them, and we fix it and move on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seen over 100+ units and very different home types: (Mobile homes, Condos, Restaurants, Townhomes, Single Family Homes, and more). I was able to see the day-to-day things that come up when managing those homes and how the problem leads to the solution by the end of the day from A-Z.
