We provide clear estimates before starting, so you always know what to expect. A few things to keep in mind: • Minimum service fee for small jobs • Same-day or rush service may include a small additional fee • Travel fees may apply for longer distances • Stairs, heavy items, or complex jobs may affect pricing We also offer bundle pricing when you combine multiple services in one visit—this helps you save money. Our goal is to deliver quality work at a fair price while respecting your time and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep our process simple, fast, and stress-free. Initial Contact You send us a message with details about your job (photos help a lot). We respond quickly and ask any questions needed. Quote & Scheduling We provide a clear price or estimate upfront and schedule a time that works for you—same-day or next-day is often available. Arrival & Job Completion We show up on time, ready to work. We complete the job efficiently while taking care to protect your home and belongings. Final Check Before we leave, we make sure everything is done properly and you’re satisfied with the work. Payment Payment is collected after the job is completed. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, professional, and hassle-free from start to finish.
