Leo with Nexus General Services was very professional and reliable. He was responsive and kept a great line of communication open. Leo was clear on the fact that he wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied as a customer. His crew was kind and respectful of my home and my schedule. They were also very patient, kind, and considerate with my cat and took care not to let her run out of the house. They were very careful not to scratch the wood floors as they moved furniture to progress throughout the home and even placed my felt floor protectors under the furniture I hadn’t gotten to yet. They also relocated extremely heavy furniture that I was unable to move on my own to where I wanted when I asked...so kind! I appreciate how these gentlemen went above and beyond for me and I intend to call upon them again for upcoming projects. I solidly recommend this company’s services. I am beyond impressed and very appreciative.

We had just bought a new construction home but wanted to replace the carpeting before we moved in. Spoke to Leon about what we needed and the approximate time frame that we had. Leon and his guys did everything they could to accommodate us and take care of our needs. They came in the morning after our closing to begin the project. They expected the job to take two full days but by the end of day one, they were pretty much done! One of the caps for the stairs was broken out of the box so they couldn’t finish the stairs that day. Mauro came back the next morning with a new cap and installed it and finished the stairs and the trim work. Then Mauro noticed a squeak in one of the stairs. I had noticed it the night before and assumed it was just the stair. Mauro took the squeaky stair apart and found the problem to be a very slightly defective cap which he promptly replaced. He didn’t want to leave us with a squeak! Overall it was great dealing with Leon and his crew. Very professional, very reasonable price for quality work and materials. Very happy with the results!

Nexus General Services recently installed my laminate flooring at one of my rental homes in the Springfield area of Jacksonville. Leandro came out and assessed the job about two weeks prior to starting the job as we were going out of town. He informed me that they would make sure that floors were leveled and they would install any needed quarter round and caulk as this is an older home. They contacted me about two days prior to starting the job to make sure that we were still on. They responded quickly whenever I called or texted them. Their team of three installers took about three days to complete the work as they indicated in the quote to me. They price they quoted me was VERY affordable compared to other quotes I received from other companies via the Thumbtack application. The application was very useful in getting multiple companies to check out the job. After the job was completed, Leandro then met my wife and I to walk through the home. My wife was very satisfied to say the least. We will definitely use Nexus General Services LLC for our other rental that needs similar laminate flooring to be installed. This company is TOP NOTCH!!!!!! Please see before and after photos.
