To do all your homework on every contractor you consider. Check their licenses, insurance and online information. There is no need to make the same mistake other people have made by picking the wrong roofer.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That there are a select few of roofing contractors that not only do a good job on your roof, but treat customers like customers we want to see in the future. Like I said before, we're developing relationships, not deals.
