- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent, based on the scope of the job, with no hidden fees. I offer a 10% discount for new customers, and on-site estimates are provided. If time allows, customers can also add additional services during the visit—these will be quoted on-site for your approval, so the work can be completed in the same appointment if time allows.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick conversation to understand the customer’s needs and project details. I then schedule an on-site visit if needed to assess the work and provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, I will set a convenient time to complete the job, keeping communication open throughout the process. 1/3 of the total project cost is due the day the job begins. This covers the initial setup and any materials needed. After the work is finished, I complete a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure everything meets expectations, and final payment is due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by experienced industry professionals while working as an assistant on large construction projects, gaining hands-on knowledge across a variety of trades. I have continued to develop my skills through personal experience by maintaining my own homes and completing a wide range of handyman projects. Additionally, owning and operating a small restaurant helped me build strong customer service skills and a commitment to professionalism when working with clients.
