Dear Mr. Withington, I just want to write and express my appreciation of your inspection report. My client and I both appreciate the quick turn around time of the inspection report on the Seabreeze property. From my first call of inquiry to the actual receipt of the inspection report, the duration was 3 days - much quicker than any other reports I have had performed. I want to also acknowledge the completeness, the professional presentation of the report, the explanations, and the number of and quality of the photographs you have included to illustrate your inspection results, which were very much appreciated by my client. The use of the latest and most accurate equipment in the examination of the property was a great confidence builder for the client, so that he can go forward with the next steps in his home purchase. The amount of detailed information provided from your equipment would be impossible to duplicate by simply looking an the home for problems. This report will help my client accurately repair the areas which you have recommended, and it should beneficial in the re inspection of the repairs, as you can compare before and after readings to prove the repairs. The 2 inspections which you performed for my company during the month of August, 2012 are both of excellent quality.
