- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically a little higher than our competition but not by much we do not compete on price because our quality and the job experience provides overwhelming value to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have several options including online quoting and estimating, however my typical process is the old-fashioned show up and estimate that where the customer gets to meet me and I get to understand what they expect better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home inspector and I also own and operate CLUE home inspection. I have worked for the better part of 20 years alongside building contractors home builders and inspectors to learn how to properly managed project is completed
