- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by listening to your specific needs and expectations for your home. I will ask questions, about the areas you would like cleaned, any specific concerns, and the level of cleaning you're looking for-whether it's a maintenance, deep clean, or move-out service. I then provide a clear outline of what is included, along with a time estimate based on the size and condition of our home. On the day of service, I arrive on time, fully prepared with all the supplies I need, and I walk through the space with you (if you're available" to make sure we're on the same page. My goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free, while delivering a spotless, high-quality clean every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 5 years of professional cleaning experience, specializing in both residential homes and commercial office spaces. In 2017, I managed the cleaning and upkeep of two office floors at Ameris Bank in downtown Jacksonville, followed by two office floors at the Wells Fargo building in 2018. Due to office closures during COVID-19 in 2020, I transitioned my focus to residential cleaning, where I had already begun building a client base. I officially established my cleaning business in 2019, and since then, I have developed a strong reputation for reliability and excellence, supported by many satisfied clients and outstanding references.
