- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest I believe in values I still believe in it takes a village I'm a mother of 2 I have 2 businesses I believe in hard work and I answer emails texts til I go to sleep phones all day long. customer care is a must! Also , we are blended family I do not discriminate I will not tolerate my workers being treated that way either. We are all human proper behavior is required I ask my workers to do the same as I ask the customers to do the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by greeting them, hoping they are have a wonderful day asking how can I help them writing down there needs formulating a plan that fits what the homes needs are with fair pricing . we have a fully blended crew we work like a family we consider our customers that way too. I make sure they understand that. I always ask the client if they need to look around further ,if they do I encourage them too. and tell them if they can't find the right fit to please reach out again anytime.

graduated high school been a owner since I was 19 took a business class to learn new technology
