FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is "flat rate" meaning you don't pay an hourly rate for house cleaning or commercial cleaning services. Our $35 discount only applies to first-time clients and/or first time cleanings. $25 cancelation fee only applies if canceled within 24 hours of the booking date and time. We offer recurring discounts for recurring services depending on frequency. If you book via Thumbtack, we offer an additional 5% discount on residential deep cleaning services only. Veterans, Law Enforcement, EMT/Paramedics may receive a 10% discount on all services (terms and restrictions apply), offer not valid in all areas. May not be "paired" with other discounts or specials offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to preform a free no-obligation walk-through or virtual walk-through with first time client's. If this is not possible, sending photo's and or video footage of the service location is acceptable. If client request a "blind" quote, one will be issues (however, these quotes may be subject to increased depending on several factors associated with the service location, type of cleaning, and other applicable factors). "A 'blind' quote is an email, text, or over-the-phone quote in which the property or service location is not visually evaluated prior to issuing the quote/estimate."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ, certify and thoroughly train all contract and employed cleaning technicians. Each technician received both video education and on-the-job training to ensure quality and standards are met for each cleaning assignment. Each aspect of training requires a specific level of qualification. This training is both virtually and physically instructed by senior cleaning technicians and certified training instructors (training supervisors). A service manager or training supervisor will shadow each technician for each new client/location the company onboards.
