What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients work directly with the owner from the beginning. We take the time to understand your needs, walk through expectations, and make sure everything is clear before the first cleaning. After your initial service, weâre happy to schedule future cleanings in advance to keep your home consistently taken care of.leads the team through how the cleaning will go in your home. When you book your first cleaning, we'll talk to you about any problems and then get right to work. We'll get you on the schedule by making your next appointment ahead of time.
