FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When starting with a deep clean, this is literally top to bottom. Starting high I clean the vents, ceiling fans, blinds, window ledges and baseboards. After that is done, furniture is dusted, framed artwork is wiped, than it is time to clean the floor. If you have light fixtures, these also get thoroughly cleaned. This can be a starting point to a regularly maintained, clean home. The more frequently you have service the higher the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the price goes by the square footage of the home or business. My job is to "Wow" the customer so they can expect great service every time they invite me into there home and they look forward to my next visit as I look forward to seeing them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a realtor for years, getting properties ready to either to rent or sell. This was in Montana where the climate is different. Here in Florida I worked for a professional cleaning company and learned so much about making a home really sparkle. The climate is completely opposite here in the south. I have learned a lot of techniques in maintaining your Florida home.
