It started off really good. The quote was good. They called and made me feel like they were going to do a great job. Said yes ma’am, super polite young men. They said they would arrive between 10-11am. I reached out and nobody responded but you can see the message was read. It’s 2:10pm and I still have heard nothing from them. I cancelled other people to utilize their service but I really regret it bc I’m in a bind now.

I chose this pro primarily because the quote was less expensive than others I received; however, this experience reinforced the idea that price often reflects the level of professionalism and service provided. The pro did not perform any service, and the job was ultimately canceled due to repeated communication issues. The pro initially contacted me and requested my information, stating that someone would confirm my 9:30 AM appointment via text and that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The next morning, I did not receive any confirmation or advance notice. I waited until 9:15 AM with no communication and then left for work. At 9:24 AM, I received a call stating the pro was at my home. I explained that the agreed-upon communication had not occurred. Despite my concerns, I rescheduled for the following day at 10:30 AM. While on the phone, the pro texted me confirming the 10:30 appointment time. The next day, I received a missed call at 9:41 AM. When I returned the call at 10:08 AM, the pro stated he had arrived early and was upset that I was not there. I clarified that the appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, as confirmed by text. The call ended abruptly. Given the repeated miscommunication and lack of professionalism, I attempted to cancel by phone and the call was ignored. I then sent a text canceling the appointment due to the ongoing communication issues. The pro responded, “I felt the same way.” I am a firm believer that punctuality, accountability, and clear communication are essential, as they directly reflect the quality and reliability of a professional’s work.
