- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 minimum initial in person residential consultation fee (local clients only - travel charges will be applied for far travel and commercial projects). You will receive a project brief with my full design quote and the project scope following the consult! *$150 minimum holiday consultation fee* $275 starting for color consultations $225 consultation fee for commercial inquiries There's a $50 Cancellation Fee if you cancel a consultation within 24 hours of the schedule meeting. No fee for Rescheduling!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Design Process 1. Initial Consultation I’ll connect with you to gather details about your project and understand your goals. 2. On-Site Meeting We’ll meet at your home or project site. You’ll show me the areas you’d like to transform, and we’ll talk through your vision and needs. 3. Custom Design Boards After our meeting, I’ll create personalized design boards for each space. These include furniture and décor options with photos, pricing, measurements, a curated color palette, and my design notes. My clients have mentioned that they love seeing everything organized in one place before making decisions. 4. Purchasing Plan Together, we’ll review the design selections and outline the purchasing steps and timelines for each room. 5. Installation & Styling We’ll schedule installation sessions (often in 2–3 phases, depending on your project size). I’ll handle placement, styling, and the final review to ensure your space looks and feels complete.
