I loved that Victoria listened. She was so professional and always available for my many questions. Her design ideas and purchase suggestions were based on our conversation. Victoria has a very good eye for design and color and she pushed me out of my comfort zone which was a good thing! I wanted a more Contemporary design which was still warm and inviting by mixing different textures and colors together. As soon as I looked at something that was more Transitional or Traditional she steered me back to where I really wanted to go design wise but was too afraid to do on my own.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $100 initial in person consultation fee (local clients only - travel charges may be applied for far travel), you will receive a project brief with my quote following the consult

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Schedule consult, I will ask you for additional info regarding your project. 2. Consultation - We will then schedule a design consultation, this will give us the chance to meet at the place of the project, I’ll ask for you to show me the space or spaces you’d love for me to help you design. 3. Design Board - After meeting and understanding your vision I will then create a design board focusing and highlighting the items and design for each room. The boards will include photos of each item, their prices and measurements, the color palette as well as my suggestions / notes. My clients have mentioned to me that they love seeing everything in one place before committing to purchasing. 3. Purchase - We will discuss which steps to take for purchasing items and timelines for each room etc. 4. Installation - A scheduled time for me to come over and help install, design and evaluate the space before moving forward. Typically installations are done in phases (Phase 1 -3) depending on the amount of spaces I am helping you design and what the timeframe is.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have years of experience in design, from marketing, graphic and interior. I am also a licensed Realtor in Florida and have experience with remodels and know the importance of adding value into your home for resale purposes.
