Tom was punctual, polite, and professional when he visited my home to complete a painting estimate. His quote was incredibly detailed and left no room for confusion. That is so important. He offered to send a team to my home quickly and outlined exactly what I could expect. His price was more than reasonable and included a two-year guarantee. On paper, his estimate far surpassed the other three offers I received from Thumbtack. I went with my heart and not my head with my decision to choose a painter. While I do not regret the house painting experience that I am having, I know that if Tom's team had completed the work, it would have been finished and done without the need for redress. Peace of mind is essential when it comes to your home. Tom understands that. He communicates with clarity and aims for quality. 360 Painting did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my new home. I love the paint color and durability. Beautiful lines, complete coverage and quality paint. My home was viewed prior to estimation and the owner was extremely helpful in assisting me during the whole process, from actual application of paint through the final walkthrough. The painting crew were very friendly and I'm so pleased with the quality of their work. They protected my landscaping and other items near the home as they painted. All working areas were left clean and the remaining paint was given to me before their departure. I highly recommend 360 Painting and will choose them again.
