- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure I have a general idea of what kind of work customer is looking for. asking basic questions about budget, time frame, and what their expectations of me would be. once we get on the same page I like to submit a quote. and before I start work I would like to meet in person walk through job site and sign contract
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
my father ran a contracting company in Pennsylvania. As a Child I grew up helping him and have always felt comfortable working with my hands. I studied structural design at Penn state furthering my knowledge of building and engineering. I love the satisfaction that comes when I walk away from a job well done knowing the customer is happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of customers with different individual needs. I believe customer satisfaction is the heart and soul of business and take pride in leaving a job knowing a fair price was paid for a service well done. every customer will have different needs and expectations of the business they hire. having open honest communication and a clear concise plan of action has played a major role in my success. some customers know exactly what they want and some customers want help with different ideas on their project.
