- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I truly believe in the getting what you pay for so we make providing the very best experience at a very reasonable price a priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have agreed to do business together I typically like to meet my newest customers the day of the service so we can do a walk around to see any concerns that they may see and also for me to get a game plan of how to move forward to set proper expectations. If I am not able to meet with a customer that day then within that week I schedule a day that is comfortable for the customer to meet me. I am a True Believer of not just having customers but making friends while doing business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified operator in Lawn & ornamentals and I am in the process of getting my general household and Termite license at the beginning of 2019. I attend several classes a year for lawn irrigation pest and termite at the University of Florida extension offices.
