Alfred arrived the same day I contacted him. He did an excellent job with a thorough cleanup, mowing, and edging. The thing that customers should know about my pricing is that I am fair. I charge based on the scope of the job and/or yard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with a new customer is.
1. Quick quote, after a customer contacts us I normally try to give a quick estimate & set date of when I can give an actual quote.
2. Actual quote. I will come to introduce myself or do a walk through of the property and give the official quote.
3. Start.

I received on the job training and I have been actively in the lawn maintenance industry for 16 years.
