The lawn man doesnt care about doing a good job. He tells you he is going to cut the lawn but then you go to the job site and you find out he doesnt do the job he told you he was going to do.
He wants more money for small lawns of less than 1/3 of an acre of land than normal. he complains about money alot all the time but you see the qualify of the work done aND IT is not good. I manage quite a bit of properties and he argues with you alot on issues you bring up.
Then he wants pay before you can inspect the work. he cannot trim correctly and doesnt take the effort. He will complain alot work done right. He isnt respectful either is the biggest thing. He doesnt respect how to do the job or the customer. He was given alot of lawns I had but after less than a couple months I see the quality of the work and it was less than what was paid very less quality, no respect to the customer, and etc. His work below one.
The person didnt come back to do the job. Was given alot of lawns. He complains about money all the time with given him $1000 of lawns to do then does the job poorly. He complains about all work cant get off the mower to mow the lawn if a stick is in the way complains about that several times i went by and he neglected to even weed eat around the fence then complained about money again again again.
