FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no charge for my professional financial services. Clients only pay for any products and services they choose. As a broker for hundreds of companies, my aim is to find the best solution for YOU. This is different from some in the industry who are limited to fewer products and services that they try to make fit everyone. My tutoring fee is flat hourly rate that includes additional supplies that I provide as needed to support the learner's unique needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we first meet to go over your goals, dreams and get a clear picture of where you currently are in your life financially. Then, I provide a brief education of some of the basic financial and mathematical principles that I'll use while developing your individualized plan. With new tutoring clients, we start with a discussion of what areas you feel you need assistance in followed by an old-fashioned pencil & paper assessment. I find there's no better way to get inside how a person processes mathematical concepts than discussing it and then observing how they work.
