Local Moving (under 50 miles)

I made moving plans with another Thumbtack mover. Paid them and they were a no show twice, I contacted Grand Delivery and they saved the day. Jackson offered to come the same day after doing other moving jobs. Jackson arrived right on time at 6:30 in the evening and he and his other team member worked tirelessly into the night to get us moved. Tremendous work ethic. Great mover. Happy to recommend this mover to everyone

Junk Removal

Jackson from Grand Delivery LLC, was very prompt on answering my questions and he was very upfront on pricing.I appreciate the fact that he text me on what time he would be at my home and he was there on time- they are very quick in moving all furniture. He is very freindly and professional. I will definitely be calling Grand Delivery again.

Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting

My family and I relocated from another state to Florida. We had some issues along the way which delayed the date we originally set for our arrival; however, every step of the way, Jackson (the owner) was patient, flexible and polite. He worked with us to accommodate our schedule. Jackson and his crew were prompt, polite and very professional. They off loaded two trucks and made a storage unit stop for us. Jackson and his crew are SUPER STARS. IF YOU ARE MOVING LOCALLY OR INTERSTATE, CONTACT JACKSON AT GRAND DELIVERY, LLC. HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU!

Local Moving (under 50 miles)

First off, Grand Delivery LLC's movers were ON TIME!! No question about ETA with them. If they say they're going to be there at 7:30am it really means that! It's actually more like 7:15. I appreciate that more than anything. Secondly, They also had PHENOMANAL customer service and communication!!! Prior to the appointment they texted a confirmation and instructions for day- of- delivery. As well as kept me informed throughout the ENTIRE process. They know to run a legit business! Everything was straight forward, no hidden fees or services. What you are quoted is what you will pay, PERIOD. The service men were also very, quick, efficient, careful, and manurable. Once the furniture was in the home the assembly was quick and efficient as well. On the safety side, they took every COVID precaution. Although I am fully vaccinated, they were masked up during the whole move, (and I live on the 3rd floor, no elevator). Definitely worked up water breaks and a nice tip. Not to mention, the transaction process was smooth. Overall 10/10 recommend! I WILL be using them again. Thank you GRAND DELIVERY LLC movers!!

The guys showed up early and worked the entire day to move me and my family. We have a lot of stuff and heavy items. They made it all look easy!

    I started at FedEx as customer service agent in Jacksonville Florida and slowly worked  my way up to Operation Manager. I worked for FedEx 10 years and previously was responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure the safe and efficient sortation of packages through the facility, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality, including the movement, tracking and administration of trailers. My passion for entrepreneurship led me to start Grand Delivery LLC.
