FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know my pricing is working to benefit us both. I use a flat rate method in order to insure two things. 1. The customer is confident that we will be there to do a fast & efficient job. 2. My employees and I have the ability to maximize our time by getting your job done and being able to help more people that need to be moved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to first introduce myself and company. Explain why it was started and talk about my employees. Ask the customer the reason for the move, get a few important questions. Take inventory then give my flat rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an retired professional athlete. So the education and training I have is all hands on. Discipline, focus, dedication, hardworking, organized and most of all fun! The education and experience I have couldn’t be taught in a college semester.
