- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set up to be fair to BOTH you as a customer AND us as a company. We have a minimum flat rate fee of $150. The 3 main factors of our pricing are man power, travel and lead cost. Unfortunately, that is the minimum we can dispatch a crew to your location. Our hourly rate is currently set at $95/hr. For lager moves, that starting rate includes 2 men, tools and equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COMMUNICATION IS KEY. We need to talk on the phone and /or exchange pictures of the task. We will ALWAYS call first, as this is the best option for getting the appropriate details and accurate quote. From there we get to the scheduling. Date and time preferences. We accept same day moves and jobs that are time sensitive up to 2:30p.m. of that day. Outside of that we will have to schedule another time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were founded in 2017, Owner Devon Dickerson is a Business Marketing major that has grown the company to success. Hiring myself and others who have been in the industry for 15+ years, working for the big commercial companies. We have maintained an outstanding track record of performance on every platform. Attention to detail and technique are the foundation of what sets us apart.
