The movers were very friendly and courteous. They handled my furniture with care and respect. They arrived on time and were able to get everything moved in a third of the estimated time.

I was very impressed! Everything from start to finish was exceptional. I moved to a second floor apartment and I have some very large, heavy pieces of furniture. I first called with several questions (I've never used a moving company before). The girls who handled my calls and questions were very nice and friendly, not once did they make me feel like I was annoying them. After making the appointment, I received an email confirmation. Then it was just waiting till moving day. I had 2 bellhop for 1.5 hours. ...Alex & Madison. .... they came in, on time, were friendly, and very presentable. They immediately started working. They got a 15' truck loaded & unloaded in 1.5 hours. They were incredibly hard workers & worth every penny plus!!!! I most certainly will use bellhops again & recommend it to anyone who is moving. They are fantastic!

Excellent moving service! We had to movelocally to a new rental and contacted Bellhops based on recommendations from some friends. Everything was hectic and we called just one day before the move. Bellhops rep was really nice and was able to accommodate us for a next day move. Booking was a breeze and I immediately received a confirmation email. Soon another mail followed which provided pics and details of the movers assigned!Next day I received a call from the movers (Nick and Parker) in advance that they were on their way. They were a little late as it took them some time finding the house. However, once they arrived, they immediately got to work. They were sincere, courteous and accommodating to our instructions. Everything was loaded perfectly and with care. Same case with unloading. They told us that we will be charged 15 minutes less since they worked only 1 hour 45 minutes. That reduced charge is still being worked through with Bellhops rep though.The entire experience was excellent. Despite being students, both the movers exhibited excellent professionalism and experience with moving. Many thanks Parker and Nick! I am definitely going to use Bellhops for our next move. I would recommend them to our friends and anybody in need of good moving services in Jacksonville area.

We were not sure if all of our furniture would fit into the moving truck but the guys were able to figure out a way it would all fit. They also finished moving the stuff quicker then we imagined. Very polite and professional.

Bellhops handled a "lift and shift" move for my office and the service was exceptional. Not only was the price extremely reasonable (especially compared to other movers in Jacksonville), the movers were punctual, courteous, and professional. They finished the job before their allotted time and were very efficient. I would recommend Bellhops to anyone wanting dependable, quality movers!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward pricing:
You only pay for the time your move requires, with no surprises (Moves with trucks have a one-time base fee plus the hourly rate).
For moves with trucks there is a 3 hour minimum.
For labor-only moving help there is a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Build your moving plan and schedule online or over the phone in minutes:
Tell us what you need, and we'll tailor your moving services and match you with the most-qualified movers. Book for free and pay only a deposit after 48 hours. The rest is due once your move is complete.
2) Meet your movers:
On the night before your move, you'll receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each mover so that you’re greeted by familiar faces on moving day.
3) Relax while Bellhop carries out the job:Your lead mover will get in touch on the day of your move to let you know your team is on its way. Once your movers arrive, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you have, and then get moving. You will also be provided with a QR code to clock the team in and out, giving you control over the hours you will be billed.
