Perfect! That is the only way to describe my encounter with Crystal Clean Movers. First, let me say that the owner, Tommy, responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes. The quote he provided me was very detailed, and almost to the penny of the final bill. The only reason it wasn't dead on was because I screwed up on the amount of furniture. It didn't deter him in any way! I hired him to move some furniture from my elderly Mother's home in Neptune Beach, to Atlanta, with 2 days notice. No Problem! Tommy, and his partner, Tommy (The 2 Tommy's as I called them), showed up exactly at the arranged time to my Mother's home, made her feel comfortable immediately, and even endeared themselves to my Father. That's no easy task, because my Father is an A**, but he LOVED the Tommy's! A "Quality Checklist" was given to my parents to inspect their work, which made me feel more comfortable. The next day the Tommy's arrived exactly at the time I was told (4:30pm in Atlanta Traffic) and were just as nice as my parents stated. The Tommy's were two of the nicest movers I have met, and I have used movers 9 times in 20 years. They were careful yet completed the work quickly. They actually cared about the furniture and made recommendations to me on how to prevent damage as I stored the majority of it in my garage. Again, I was given the quality checklist to inspect their work. The bill was exactly what I was quoted, nothing more added in & no B.S! I may not get to Jacksonville again to use their services, but I can assure you I will tell all of my relatives and friends to use this business! Thank you Tommy's, you made this difficult situation as smooth as it could possibly be!

Crystal Clean did a great job handling my local move last minute! Moved my apartment quick and despite unforeseen problems with fitting furniture through entryways they were able to complete the move and were very helpful throughout. Will definitely use them again is I move in the Jacksonville area again!
