It is 2 days before Christmas. We had a full over full bunk bed with stairs and a trundle delivered thinking it included assembly....boy were we wrong!! So we needed it to be assembled soon because it was literally sprawled in the main walkway of our home. I called another company before but they weren't able to have it done before Christmas, so I tried to research and I came across Pro Movers and decided to try and request for the job to get done today, which was later confirmed for 6 PM. Well these men were super quick to call and tell me that they were sorry that the app had given me incorrect information, that they did not have an opening until Saturday. I explained my situation and they offered to come early tomorrow, on CHRISTMAS EVE! How thoughtful I thought and expressed my gratitude. Well little did I know that after we hung up he contacted one of his customers that had an appointment for today and asked if they would mind postponing their appointment until Saturday to which they agreed. He called me right back to give me the great news and was here within 25 minutes! These men were so professional, considerate, and empathetic to others needs. They not only made room for us today, but they did an amazing job on a really tough project! The price was super affordable also!!!! I highly recommend this company and WILL be using them in the future!!!

They set up my husband’s new work from home desk. It was in 3 boxes, and they finished in just over 3 hours (which is about what they estimated ). Jeremy and John were very nice and professional. Would book them again!
Listen - just hire them. We literally just finished my move and had to jump on right away to review. Coach, Billy and John were nothing short of amazing. Super kind, respectful and professional. I wanted a pay to have tv mounted and buy mount from them but couldn’t due to my studs and instead of just putting it in - John explained it’d need a special kind due to the size and advised how to get it done. They’re great guys and took great care of all my belongings. I insisted on helping even though they kept telling me they had it - that’s what they’re there for. Sorry it was so hot today and you had to go to the third floor. Thankful for you guys today and will DEFINITELY be hiring again in the future! Grateful to meet all 3 of you!
