- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers should know that we offer discounts for certain packages or promotions, ensuring value for our customers. Any additional fees or charges are communicated upfront to avoid surprises. We listen to our customer's needs and accomodate them accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, after the first contact, we proceed to plan a meeting with our new client(s). This can be online or in person according to the client's disposition. Then, after a conversation and knowing the type of event, objectives of the event, number of guests, among other questions that come out of this first contact, we dedicate ourselves to listening to the client carefully in order to compile all the information on a technical sheet. Then it takes us between one or two weeks to prepare the proposal based on the needs of our clients to present it for approval and signing of the contract, with the payment plan.
