It is rare these days to find someone who values customer service, efficiency and concern for a person in need of help. From the very start of my communications with Mr. Belcher, I knew he was just the person I was looking for. We were in a bind, because my brother-in-law had died without leaving vital information to access his computer. My sister was in trouble because she was in a state of shock, and had never had much to do with the finances etc.. We had to get in to the PC, but without a password, it was impossible. HP wouldn't help, and we tried all possible combinations of number/letters. Mr. Belcher fixed everything. I Can't commend him enough, he is absolutely a rare find, and I would recommend him to anyone who need help with any computer issues.

I found Terry very knowledgeable and conscious. He help me choose a replacement drive which met my cost needs and exceeded my OEM drive. Terry discovered a virus on my computer after the repair and he eliminated it. His expertise saved me time and money. I will recommend him to all needing computer repairs.
