- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially like to meet and primarily talk and get an accurate depiction of a new client's goals. I then conduct a short fitness assessment to gauge the current level of fitness and also to identify limitations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple certifications and have been personal training since 2001. I also currently have 2 semesters remaining in my degree program for Athletic Training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all walks of life from high school kids, stay at home moms, soon to be mothers, professional athletes, and everyone in-between.
