Introduction: I have been a personal trainer for over 17 years. I have multiple certifications, including CrossFit L1 and L2, Pre/Post Natal Training, The Science of Nutrition, Biomechanics of Resistance Training, I have my bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, and I am a nationally certified Athletic Trainer. I have also been the fitness director of two fitness clubs. I believe in gaining strength through endurance which encourages minimal orthopedic compromise and also that a healthy nutrition plan is essential to achieving not only your goals, but a healthy lifestyle. I am an excellent program designer, and I have had amazing success with many clients over the years. I have trained all walks of people and I look forward to working with you. The most rewarding part of personal training is helping people come to the realization that that can be and do so much more than they ever thought possible.

Chris was my first experience with a personal trainer. He was great - exactly what you need, an upbeat spirit, a motivator, someone who will keep you pushing your own boundaries. He made working out rewarding and fun by keeping the activities varied.

I worked with Chris when he was in NYC. He was exactly what I needed. He was always changing up the workout, which I really liked as I tend to get bored and a bit distracted. He's skilled in many areas of fitness so it stayed interesting. I wish Chris was in London so we could still train together. I'm happy to chat with anyone who is thinking about training with Chris for more information.

Chris is a fantastic trainer. When we started working together he appraised me and my abilities carefully before he pushed the envelope. Only after he assessed where I was did he start to really challenge me. Between his excellent coaching skills and his innovative approach I saw immediate results. I'm certain that if he never left New York we'd still be working together!

Chris is hands down the best trainer I ever worked with. He does not let you cheat, and helped me improve my fitness level and lose weight during the two years we worked together. What makes him a great trainer is his creativity, focus, personality and commitment. As someone who has been working out for the last 10 years, I get bored easily. Chris always found a way to incorporate new and challenging exercises to keep me interested. I wish he didn't move away!
