FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It honestly depends on the type of project, and the clients budget. When I am working with a client that has no real budget we usually work on an hourly basis of $50 an hour and give an estimate of the amount of time I think a project will take so the client knows up front. With that, I just love helping people, so I am always willing to work with someone ion pricing to help them get what they need with the budget they have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• First I assess their needs, what they are looking for and establish a timeline for deliverables. • Then I like to have an open discussion about their ideas and thoughts, providing input on what I think would work etc.. • Then, on my own time, I plan, research, do what needs to be done to make sure I know as much as I can about the subject of their project • With design, I provide mockups to choose from and we move forward from their favorite direction. With photography, I work with them to have a successful shoot and then establish a timeline for delivery of the photos.
