Could probably write a book about my toilet situation, but I'll just get to the point. Had a Situation where my toilet was clogged and backed up into my tub, which required my toilet being removed from the foundation and the pipe system had to be vigorously cleaned! I listed my issue on Thumbtack and Al's plumbing responded quickly. I texted my issue to Al and soon after there was a tech from Al's plumbing at my door. I have a household full of women, which includes my little girls and they had the pipes clogged up in the worse way! Al's technicians came in with their equipment and floor protectors and went to work! Eventhough it turned out to be more work than expected I seen the professionals at work nonstop and as far as the value, well he beat other quoted prices and then some!
I would STRONGLY suggest and recommend anyone who has a plumbing issue to give Al's plumbing a call 1st!!! Thanks Al and to your team... Happy customer!

Al was very responsive to a last minute emergency job. He was thorough and considerate of our urgent needs and communicated every step he was going to undertake and the results. He gave us the diagnosis of the problem and thoroughly discussed next steps. He engendered trust in the professional way in which he proceeded, checking with us continually. He went beyond the call of duty to fix the problem and all the issues associated with correcting it (he took pictures, walked us through cutting the drywall, what would be required, etc.) He and his associate cleaned up afterwards. It was a delight working with him and we appreciate the quality of his work from diagnosis to remedy. Highly recommend he and his services.
