Qualifications:
- Perform property and addition designs; advertise vacancies; assess and conduct maintenance, remodels, repairs, and inspections; and ensure compliance with city and county codes/inspections
- Assess contractor estimates and credentials (including insurance and certifications) and manage projects
- Meet with potential tenants; review tenant applications and conducted criminal, residential, employment, and credit history background checks; collect rent; and manage tenant relationships and concerns
