As a full-service Jacksonville property management company, our team is responsible for taking care of all aspects of managing your rentals. We started in property management when several of CrossView Realty’s past customers expressed how wonderful their experience was working with us in the purchase of their homes. They wanted to have that same experience when transitioning their property into a rental. In 2018, we officially opened CrossView Property Management. We are members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends. Having a successful rental property requires a lot of time, effort, experience, and knowledge. Let us save you the time, effort, and frustration that comes with gaining that experience.

By far the best property management company I have ever dealt with. We had rented our home from them for 2 years. They were forever super helpful and right on top of everything you need. They care so much about their tenants and their tenants concerns. They reach out from time to time to make sure all is well and everything is okay! I dealt with Tara and Rick a lot and those two are AWESOME! If you are looking for one of the best property managements companies to rent from, they are by far the best! They deserve way more than 5 stars!

Such a smooth transition from rental to new home! CrossView PM kept me informed and I certainly appreciate their kindness and their professionalism. Tara and Rick were wonderful! They made sure that we were satisfied with our stay and with the process of moving out. If anyone needs a PM team to lease them a home, CrossView PM is the BEST! If we ever lease again, CrossView will be the only people we contact.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three fees: tenant placement fee, management fee, and renewal fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation to learn more about your property and needs. Next the property manager that manages the area your property is located in will connect with you to go in more detail and view the property. If both you and CrossView feel its a good fit then we start the management paperwork.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and always working to grow our knowledge.
