- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three fees: tenant placement fee, management fee, and renewal fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation to learn more about your property and needs. Next the property manager that manages the area your property is located in will connect with you to go in more detail and view the property. If both you and CrossView feel its a good fit then we start the management paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and always working to grow our knowledge.
