- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat fee based model; offering a low monthly rate of $79 - $199 per month (discounts based on volume) depending on your needs and the program you choose. There are no start up fees or hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started with FYVE is easy! We do all the heavy lifting for you, whether you are currently residing in the property, are in need of a rehab consult, already have a tenant in place or your property is ready to be leased, we make getting started a breeze. After completing a simple agreement your newly dedicated Manager will reach out to explain the next steps, and of course, take action to ensure you and your property are priority #1 from day one!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a locally licensed full service Real Estate Brokerage, offering our clients a one stop shop for all their Real Estate Investment Needs. Our licensed staff continually undergoes in house and other trainings in order to stay up to date on all the latest in the world of investment real estate, including relevant tenant landlord laws, we do this so you don't have to.
