- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have 3 price plans to choose from depending on the amount of eviction protection, # of in-home inspections you want, and a few other factors. Our price plans start at $99/month while occupied and go as high as $139/month for our premium plan. Our fees are only charged when a tenant occupies the home, nothing is charged while its vacant. We can provide Eviction Protection, Leasing Protection, Pet Damage Protection, as well as many others! NO COST TO CANCEL! 100% Satisfaction or you can cancel at anytime!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by having a conversation if you like what you hear we will set up a face to face meeting at the property or our office. You are always provided a copy of our management agreement in the very beginning so you have plenty of time to compare and review. Once you join our program, we schedule a detailed home inspection and make recommendations to you, take pictures, and begin marketing. We update you weekly on our marketing progress with a report showing number calls, emails, and how many showings were done. We keep you informed!
